These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of chickenantibiotics.com and any products or services offered by Chicken Antibiotics (“Chicken Antibiotics,” “we,” “us” or “our”).

By visiting the Site, creating an account, submitting an order or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced within them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or submit an order.

1. Online Store Terms

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to place an order. By using the Site, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You may not use our products, Site or services for any unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized purpose.

Chicken Antibiotics currently accepts and ships orders only within the United States.

2. Store Platform

Our ecommerce store is hosted through Shopify, which provides the online platform that allows us to display and sell products and services.

Your use of certain Shopify-supported features may also be subject to Shopify’s applicable terms and privacy documentation.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product titles, descriptions, images, ingredients, concentrations, package sizes, availability and pricing accurately.

However:

• Product packaging and label designs may change without notice.
• Colors may appear differently depending on the customer’s device or display.
• Manufacturers may update ingredients, instructions or specifications.
• Photographs may show representative packaging.
• Typographical or technical errors may occasionally occur.

Customers should review the label and packaging received before using a product. If the received item materially differs from the ordered product, contact customer service before opening or using it.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, update packaging, substitute an equivalent presentation only with appropriate notice or cancel unavailable items.

Adding an item to a shopping cart does not reserve it. An order-confirmation email acknowledges receipt of the order but does not guarantee availability or acceptance.

5. Prices and Store Changes

Prices, promotions, product availability and store content may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown during checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of an obvious error.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any product, collection, promotion, feature or portion of the Site.

6. Orders and Acceptance

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.

Contact us promptly if an order contains an error. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or fulfillment has started.

8. Payments

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total amount displayed during checkout, including applicable product charges, shipping fees and taxes.

Payment transactions may be screened, authorized or declined by payment providers and fraud-prevention services.

9. Taxes

Applicable sales tax or other transaction charges may be calculated according to the order destination and displayed during checkout.

10. Shipping

Chicken Antibiotics ships only to eligible addresses within the United States. Available shipping methods, charges and delivery estimates are displayed during checkout whenever applicable.

11. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, replacements, damaged products and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Opened medicine, antibiotics, supplements and other product-integrity-sensitive items may be non-returnable.

12. Medication and Product Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for reviewing the complete product label, intended species, ingredients, concentration, warnings, storage requirements and directions before purchasing or using any product.

Products must be used only for their stated purpose and intended species. Customers must comply with all applicable requirements governing product purchase, possession and use.

13. No Veterinary Relationship

Website content, product descriptions and customer-service communications are provided for general product and educational purposes. They do not establish a veterinarian-client-patient relationship and are not a substitute for diagnosis or individualized veterinary care.

14. Food-Producing Birds

Customers caring for laying hens or other food-producing birds are responsible for reviewing product suitability and applicable egg or meat withdrawal information before use.

15. Accounts and Passwords

If customer accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and restricting access to your account.

Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate another party’s rights.

You may not submit content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, threatening, obscene, infringing, fraudulent or contains malicious code.

We may moderate, remove or decline to publish user content that violates these Terms or our store standards.

We do not guarantee that the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or available, or that every product will remain continuously in stock.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chicken Antibiotics and its owners, employees, contractors, service providers and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the Site, inability to use the Site or misuse of a product.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

23. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chicken Antibiotics and its service providers from claims, losses or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Site, violation of these Terms or infringement of another party’s rights.
